Cut Your Hair release their debut single, Utah in Pictures. Catalan three-piece set Cut Your Hair are awash in indie euphoria (coincidence or not, their band name shares the same name as one of indie god Pavement's most famous tracks), and their music is a burst of golden guitars and melodies. Consider it wonderfully strange, then, that the source of inspiration for this euphoric band is, of all places, Salt Lake City. Salt Lake City, for many Americans, may best be remembered for the Winter Olympics and impeccably gray haired John Huntsman, but Cut Your Hair gives the city a well needed shot of spritely spirit. We look forward to seeing what Cut Your Hair enliven next.
