At times the easy, moving instrumentation and voice recall the best of Arthur Russell. This is the best of longing, of missing someone. The moments when they are every falling drop, and so never really gone from you after all. We are sure we'll be hearing from Duke Dumont Rain on Kilimanjaro a lot more, even if we weren't destined to remember that name forever.
